Speeding by the unmarked police car
The moment that a unmarked police enforced the car accelerated gently was witnessed at 3 lane road with separeted sidewalk.
It was about 70km/h in my speed meter.
In addition, this section regurated to 60km/h is flowing at 70-80km in general, and some cars drive at 90km/h at night.
The policeman who declares himself Takagi, the 1st road traffic squad, had justified this enforcement, saying "It is dangerous to exceed speed limit. ", also "It is dangerous when a pedestrian is in a road.".
